Philly Fitness on North Broad

The brand demands light filled welcoming spaces for the communities they serve and we think we helped deliver that on this project! The 12,000 SF+ former retail pharmacy was converted into a commercial fitness facility with all the modern fitness and recovery equipment a person needs. A new curtain wall system provides a backdrop for exterior signage while letting a ton of soft north facing light into the space.
