As Philly Fitness has rolled out their new brand of community based gyms we’ve worked with them on each facility to develop their space’s brand identity which can be boiled down to light filled and welcoming buildings that flow easily for their clients so they concentrate on their fitness and recovery goals.  
We think their North Broad Street location, while not their largest location, exemplifies that!  The 12,000 SF+ former retail pharmacy was converted into a commercial fitness facility with all the modern fitness and recovery equipment a person needs.  A new curtain wall system provides a backdrop for exterior signage while letting a ton of soft north facing light into the space.
